Watch Interview
Q1: As the oldest member of the 100 Floors Club, what has tower running taught you about longevity in sport?
A: Tower running has taught me that consistency is more important than speed. I focus on listening to my body, pacing myself, and staying active regularly. That is what allows me to keep climbing despite my age.
Q2: How has tower running evolved compared to when you first started?
A: When I started, tower running was more about personal challenge. Today, it has become more structured with better training knowledge, safety awareness, and a stronger community. Athletes are now more educated about recovery and proper technique.
Q3: What advice would you give to younger tower runners?
A: Do not rush for results. Take care of your body, train smart, and stay consistent. Speed will come with time, but health is what allows you to stay in the sport for many years.

Real stories from real climbers who transformed their fitness journey with us
The Tier 2 privilege under the 100 Floors Club is a real game-changer. Starting earlier, just after the elite category, allows for a safer, smoother, and more competitive race experience. It gives committed athletes the opportunity to perform at their best while maintaining fairness and proper race flow across towerrunning events in Malaysia.
Being part of the 100 Floors Club feels like more than just membership. The perks, recognition, and access that come with it truly enhance the towerrunning experience. It motivates me to stay consistent, push my limits, and feel valued as an athlete within the Malaysian towerrunning community.
The energy at every session is contagious! I've made lifelong friends here while getting the best workout of my life.
At 72, I thought intense fitness wasn't for me anymore. 100 Floors Club proved me wrong. Age is just a number when you have the right community behind you.
From weekend warrior to national competitor. The training and supportive environment here is world-class!
The 100 Floors Club gives real meaning to consistency and dedication. The perks that come with being a member make every climb feel more rewarding, while the recognition creates a strong sense of belonging within the towerrunning community. It's a great way to stay motivated and keep progressing.
The 100 Floors Club was introduced after 12 months of our MBPJ stairs sessions to encourage participants to go beyond a single climb of the 25-floor building and overcome limiting beliefs. What surprised us most was how children as young as five found it fun and achievable, turning the initiative into a family-based community activity. Every Saturday from 5.30–7.00pm, the stairs have become a space where confidence grows and movement feels natural and enjoyable.
100 Floors Club is a breakthrough for people to challenge their limit from having a doubt to climb the stairs and eventually accomplishing the 100 Floors in one single session! They will be able to crack every challenges in their life after this.
