Here’s where you can check the latest official national rankings for towerrunning athletes in Malaysia. See where you stand, track your progress, and keep pushing your limit

Malaysia National Ranking – Terms & Conditions

1) Eligibility for Ranking

a) Only applicable to Malaysians. Foreigners in the 100FC will not be included.

b) Only applicable for races held in Malaysia and listed in the TWA race archive.

c) Only includes 100FC members who have participated in 4 races or more within the eligible 12-month span (i.e. minimum 4 participation points).

  • i) Members who participated in 3 races or fewer will still have their points tallied, but they will not appear in the ranking list.

2) Point Factor

a) Total Point Factor based on number of race participants

  • i) Up to 100 participants – 40 Points
  • ii) Up to 200 participants – 80 Points
  • iii) Up to 400 participants – 120 Points
  • iv) Up to 800 participants – 160 Points
  • v) Up to 1600 participants – 200 Points
  • vi) Up to 3200 participants – 240 Points
  • vii) Above 3201 participants – 280 Points
  • b) Points are separated into Male and Female categories

    • i) No separation between Open and Veteran categories under TWA standards.
      • Example: In a 40-point race, 1st place male earns 40 points, and 1st place female also earns 40 points.

    c) If a foreigner or non-100FC Malaysian takes a rank

    The points for official ranking will shift to the next eligible 100FC member.

    • Example: Two foreigners place 2nd and 4th while two non-100FC Malaysians place 5th and 6th. Then 1st, 3rd, and 7th–11th positions will count for 100FC ranking.

    d) Points granted based on Point Factor Race type

    • i) 40-Point Races: Points awarded to 1st–15th place.
    • ii) 80–280 Point Races: Points awarded to 1st–30th place.
    • iii) All other ranks receive 1 participation point.

    e) Points eligible for Ranking

    • i) Only points from the last 12 months are considered.
      • Example: If today is November 2025, only points from Nov 2024–Oct 2025 count.
    • ii) Only the top 8 results within the last 12 months will be used.

    3) Ranking Validity

    a) 100FC members who registered in the previous year will continue to accumulate points until 30th June of the current year.

    • i) Example: A member registered in 2025 will have ranking validity until 30th June 2026.

    b) Members who want to retain their previous year's points must renew membership before 30th June of the current year.

    • i) Example: A member with 10 points from 2025 who renews before 30th June 2026 keeps all 10 points.

    c) Members who do not renew before 30th June will be removed from the ranking list.

    • i) Members reinstated on or after 1st July will start from 0 points.
    • ii) Example: A member with 10 points who renews after 1st July 2026 will lose all 10 points and restart at 0.
